Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (abbreviated NMR spectroscopy) is an important tool for determining the structure and 3D structure of both small organic compounds and large macromolecules. The course provides both a theoretical background to the technique and an overview of the type of information about organic compounds that various NMR experiments can provide. Great focus is placed on practical use of the instruments and training to interpret the data that various experiments generate.
