Project Management with Agile Methods, 7.5 credits
In this course you will expand your project management and leadership skills with Agile Methods, and Leadership Through Coaching. During the first half of the course, in Agile Methods, we will dive into SCRUM, LEAN, and KANBAN and explore how to apply these. We will look at how to approach planning productions and production pipelines. We will work with cases that resemble real industry scenarios. This part of the course will feature a mix of lectures and workshops, with assignments delivered in seminars. During the second half of the course, we will explore Leadership Through Coaching and practice different coaching skills. This part of the course will feature assignments delivered in seminars as well as a written assignment, with a final oral exam.
