120 credits, of which 90 credits including a Bachelor's thesis in a linguistic subject, or a Bachelor's degree in a linguistic subject. The studies must include a course in runology of at least 7.5 credits
Within the framework of the course, discussions focus on how runes are read and how runic inscriptions are edited, as well as how runic texts have been published and treated. The aim of these discussions is to critically examine and evaluate modern runology and to provide an orientation in earlier runic research.
