120 credits including 90 credits in statistics, or 120 credits including 60 credits in statistics and 30 credits in mathematics and/or computer science.
The course provides a deeper understanding of probability theory concepts necessary for further studies at the advanced level in statistics. The course includes the axiomatic foundation of probability theory, combinatorics, multivariate random variables, conditional probability distributions, moments and moment generating functions, order statistics, multivariate normal distribution, different concepts of convergence, and central limit theorems.
