The course provides basic knowledge of organisation and management of projects in technology-intensive environments. Methodology and terminology for planning, monitoring and control are presented and exemplified. External guest speakers contribute to merging theoretical knowledge with practical experiences and perspectives from different industries and businesses. The course consists of lectures, as well as a group task where different project-related knowledge and skills are practiced.
