Computer-generated images and movies are often seen in newspapers, magazines, on TV and in movies. But how are these images produced? What happens when an object is rotating or moving? These kinds of questions are discussed in this course. The course covers the fundamental principles and methods in the area. The mathematical operations, the software and hardware that are the fundament for computer graphics, are studied. A good part of the course is programming in an API (application programming interface), mainly OpenGL. The course contains project work.
