Participation in Probability and Statistics.
This course may be seen as a continuation of the course Probability and Statistics. We treat parameter estimation more carefully, in particular maximum likelihood. The concept of a statistical test is introduced. Moreover, we discuss non-parametric statistical methods (which are methods where it is not assumed that data comes from some distribution). Finally, we treat multiple linear regression (there is one response variable and several covariates).
