In this course, you will get an introduction to methods in proteomics and metabolomics. You will practice strategies for analysis of raw data generated with e.g. mass spectrometry-based methods. The course also includes basic comparative proteomics and metabolomics, experimental design and the use of database resources for result interpretation.
