A Bachelor's degree, equivalent to a Swedish Kandidatexamen. 30 credits at Master's level in the main field of study Quantum Technology including one of the courses Quantum Information and Second Generation Quantum Technology. One of the courses Photonics and Quantum Optics I, Optoelectronics and Spin-Based Technology I. Proficiency in English equivalent to the Swedish upper secondary course English 6. Admission requires a project plan accepted by the department.
An independent project in quantum technology is carried out where the knowledge and abilities required for a Master's degree in quantum technology are trained. The degree project in done in connection to ongoing work in research or development within the field.
